Holy Yoga

Join us for Holy Yoga, beginning in January for a 6-week series.  The class will run on Tuesdays from 1/6-2/10  from 7:30-8:30 pm in the Social Hall.  Holy Yoga is a practice that uses poses, breath work, scriptures, and prayer to help us tune our bodies and minds with the Holy Spirit.  The class is open to all ages (12+) and abilities with modifications offered as needed.  The class will have a fee of $50 for the 6 weeks, there will be a $10 drop in fee.  There will be a second session from 2/17-3/24.  Make checks payable to EUMC with Yoga in the memo.  Please bring your own mat and water, we will have a few mats, if you do not have one.
